Retail Department Intern Job Description
Objective: To provide high quality support to the Retail Team and business through administrative and organizational skills.
Candidate will need:
Minimum of 2 years fashion -retail experience, ideally within the luxury sector
Excellent administrative skills- accurate attention to detail and organized
Excellent verbal communication skills
An assertive & positive attitude
Excellent personal appearance- smart with a sense of individual style
Highly motivated and keen to learn new skills
An interest in fashion and the retail environment
Highly adaptable and able to learn and execute in fast-paced company
Candidate duties will include:
Contribute to collating information for Retail Team from the boutiques
Organize return of defectives/repairs to factory/requesting parts for repair from the factory
Help organize Retail Events- guest lists, invitations, etc
Help organize visual merchandising changes within stores and window displays
Assist in the boutiques with sales at busy times
Assist with sample sales, private sales and the inventory process within the boutiques
Assist Retail Analyst with boutique daily analysis
